The sound would only be there when rolling but was not affected by drive, steering or brake. Lifted the truck and noticed some free play with the wheel. It was the hub. Started out small and only on larger bumps and now it is doing it quite often. I was thinking about having someone jump up and down on my rear bumper while I lay underneath my Jeep and find the source. I measured my belt and it Vere's by as much as 25 thousand. Polaris pulley only give about a 1/16" side to side play. So yes at one point or four points the belt is fine but never all the way around.
