WebAnnual Christmas Charity Since the early 1960s, Elks members have worked year-round with local community members and community organizations to procure shoes, coats, hats, gloves, hygiene items, school supplies, books, children’s toys, and food for economically-distressed families in Centre County, PA during the Christmas season.
