WebI think it's often most noticeable on crits, but it's present in all of the floating text, it seems. This time, I did find an interesting idea. Since all you can do is change the font and not the size of that font, you can modify the font itself to reduce the actual proportions of the letters.

You can change the font, but that's about it. You can turn on the SCT text for your toon in ESC > interface > game > !combat > Scrolling Combat Text Check box.
