WebI have a Platinum card and so does my spouse as an additional cardholder. We each paid for global entry separately on each card and we received a $100 statement credit each for a total of $200. I don't know if it works the same when the additional cardholder is gold. Edit: It's $175 for a total of 3 Platinum additional cardholders.
